Return Window: 30 Days
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be:

·         In new and unused condition

·         In original packaging with manuals, accessories, and documentation intact

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective product returns.

Cancellation Policy

·         Order Cancellations (Within 24 Hours): Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase at no additional cost. No cancellation fees will be charged.

·         Order Changes (Within 24 Hours): If you would like to update your order (such as product details or shipping information), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

·         After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes.

Return Shipping and Authorization

·         Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

·         A Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained before sending back any item.

·         Once RA is issued, you must provide return shipping details (carrier and tracking number) within 7 days.

·         Returns without an RA or missing shipping information within the 7-day window will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

·         Custom-built or special-order products

·         Products that have been assembled or used

·         Batteries once installed or used

·         Mattresses and bedding products

·         Patient lifts and slings

·         Hygienic items (e.g., cushions, commodes, shower chairs)

·         Any item marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for new, unused products in original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges.

Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
