How long will it take for my order to ship and be delivered?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days (excluding holidays). Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all manuals and accessories included
Non-returnable items:
• Special/custom orders
• Final sale or clearance products

Do you offer free returns?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
A Return Authorization (RA) is required before sending any item back. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If damage is visible:
• Note it on the delivery receipt before signing, OR
• Mark “suspect damage” if you cannot check immediately
